Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026. These terms are between you and No Such Studio LLC ("we", "us") and cover the Casino Persia app (Android, Windows, the web and any other platform we add), the game servers behind it, and this website (together, the "Service"). Please read them. By creating an account, tapping "I agree", or playing, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. Casino Persia is not for children. Don't use it if simulated gambling or social casino games are not allowed where you are. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we may close it.
2. It's a game: no real-money gambling
Casino Persia, including its card games (Shelem, Hokm, Pasoor) and Blackjack, and any casino game we add later (such as slots or poker), is entertainment only.
- The Service does not offer real-money gambling. You can't bet, win or lose real money, prizes or anything of real value.
- Chips, gems, levels, achievements and rankings are only for use in the game. They can't be cashed out, redeemed for money, goods or services outside the game, or sold.
- Doing well in the game does not mean you will win real-money gambling, and we make no promise about that.
- Games run on our servers with random shuffling. We don't promise any particular result, win rate or "luck".
3. Your account
- The first time you connect, we create an account for you automatically. You can add an email and password so you can sign in on other devices, and you can later link other sign-in methods we offer.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at contact@nosuchstudio.com if you think someone else is using it.
- One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension, a limit or the invite rules.
- Your display name and avatar can be seen by other players. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, impersonate someone, or use someone else's trademark. We may change or remove a name or avatar that breaks this.
- Accounts can't be sold, traded, rented or transferred, and we don't recover accounts that were given away.
4. Chips, gems and other virtual items
The Service has virtual currency and items: chips (earned by playing and through rewards), gems (bought with real money or earned, and spent on chips and items) and items such as boards, card sets, avatars and "No ads".
- A license, not ownership. When you get a virtual currency or item, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it in the Service, for as long as your account is in good standing and the Service exists. You don't own it. It is not your property, has no cash value, and isn't a deposit or stored value.
- No transfers, no outside markets. Don't buy, sell, trade or give away chips, gems, items or accounts for money or anything else of value outside the Service. Gifts and invites built into the game are fine.
- Balances are decided by our servers. Your wallet, rewards, statistics and achievements are kept and checked by our server, not your device. Games played offline are practice and earn no rewards. If our records and your device differ, ours are right.
- We may rebalance. We can change prices, rewards, odds-free game rules, daily limits, what gems can buy and what chips are worth, and we can add, change or remove items, without an app update. We may correct balances after a bug, an exploit, a refund, a chargeback or a mistake. We try to be fair and to say so when a change is large.
- Free top-up. If you run out of chips, we may give you a small free amount so you can keep playing. It follows the same rules as other chips.
- When your account ends (you delete it or we close it), virtual currency and items are lost and are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
5. Purchases
- Real-money purchases (gems, "No ads", and anything else we sell) are made through your platform's store, for example Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store's terms and payment rules apply as well as these. We never see your card details.
- Prices are shown in the store in your currency and include taxes where required. Gem packs are consumable and are delivered to your account after the store confirms payment; "No ads" is a one-time purchase tied to your account.
- Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to credit. We can't move a purchase to another account.
- Only buy from the app. Purchases from other sources aren't valid and we may remove what they delivered.
- Web and Windows versions do not sell items or show ads. Items bought on a phone can be used on your other devices with the same account.
- You are responsible for purchases made on your device or account, including by someone you let use it.
6. Rewards, gifts and invite codes
- Daily logins, the first-week welcome track, achievements, level-ups and referrals can give you chips, gems or items. You have to claim many rewards in the app. Rewards have no cash value.
- Each person has an invite code. If a friend uses it and meets the conditions, you may both get a bonus. The conditions can change. Don't use fake accounts, bots or multiple devices to get bonuses. We may block or take back rewards earned that way.
- To keep daily rewards fair, days are counted by your account's time zone, and time zone changes are limited. If you change time zones often, you may wait longer for the next reward.
7. Ads
The free Android app shows ads, including optional videos you can watch for a reward. Ads come from third parties such as Google AdMob. We don't control and don't endorse what advertisers say or sell, and your dealings with an advertiser are with them. Buying "No ads" removes the ads that interrupt play; optional rewarded videos may stay available. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled and how to change your ad choices.
8. Fair play and conduct
Don't do any of the following, and don't help anyone else do them:
- cheat, or use bots, scripts, auto-players, macros, modified or unofficial apps, emulators set up to tamper with the game, or any way of reading hidden cards or influencing results;
- collude with other players (for example, sharing your cards or signals with someone outside the rules of the game), deliberately lose to feed chips to another account ("chip dumping"), or play several seats at one table;
- exploit a bug or a mistake in the game, or tell others how, instead of reporting it to us;
- attack, probe, overload or try to break into our servers or accounts, or interfere with the Service or other players' play;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app, its servers or its protocol, except where the law allows;
- harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or share hateful, sexual, violent, illegal or misleading content, personal information about others, or spam or ads;
- pretend to be us, our staff, or another person;
- break the law, or use the Service for anything other than playing the game for fun.
We may watch for and review gameplay data to find cheating and abuse. If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove content, reverse results or rewards, remove chips, gems or items, limit features such as chat or online play, suspend or close your account, and where needed report you to the authorities. We decide what counts as a violation, and we try to apply the rules fairly.
9. Multiplayer, chat and your content
- Online tables. Online games run on our game servers. Other players can see your display name, avatar, level and your plays at the table. Your results and scores may appear on leaderboards. If you disconnect, a computer player may take your seat, and the game may continue, time out or end under the table's rules. We aren't responsible for a game lost to a dropped connection.
- Chat and messages (where available). When we offer chat, emoji, quick messages or similar features, they are for friendly table talk. They follow the conduct rules above. We may filter, limit, review, remove or log messages to keep players safe, and we may give you ways to report, mute or block other players. Don't assume messages are private.
- Your content. Your display name, avatar, messages and anything else you submit ("Your Content") stays yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display and use it as needed to run, protect and improve the Service and show it to other players. You promise you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
- Other players. We don't control other players and aren't responsible for what they say or do. Report problems to contact@nosuchstudio.com. In an emergency, contact local authorities.
10. Refunds
Purchases are generally final once the gems or items are delivered, except where the law or your store's rules give you a right to a refund. The store (Google Play or Apple) handles payments, so ask them first for a refund: Google Play and Apple each have their own refund requests and time limits. If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we remove the gems or items it gave you, and if you've already spent them your balance can go negative or we may limit the account until it is settled. If something you paid for didn't arrive, write to us with your order number and we will fix it. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have by law.
11. Our rights and your license
The Service, including the game software, rules, characters, art, music, text, logos, names (including "Casino Persia" and "No Such Studio") and all rights in them belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your own non-commercial play on your devices. All other rights are reserved. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you. Third-party software in the app is under its own licenses.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is offered "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including about quality, fitness for a purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service, our servers or your data will always be available, secure or free of bugs. We may stop, pause or change the Service, or part of it, at any time, including to fix a problem or for maintenance. Some places don't allow some disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.
13. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we and our owners, staff, contractors and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items or currency, or loss of goodwill, from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were told it could happen. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through the stores for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$50. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for liability that can't be limited by law, such as fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence in some places.
14. If you cause us a claim
As far as the law allows, you will defend and cover us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these terms, Your Content, or your misuse of the Service, and we may take over the defense of any such matter at your cost.
15. Changes to the Service and these terms
The Service changes over time: we add features and games, and we may change or remove others. We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app, on this page or by email, and the new terms apply from the date shown. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept them. If you don't agree with a change, stop using the Service and delete your account. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
16. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account in the app (profile → Account → Delete account) or by writing to us; see Delete your account. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these terms or the law, if we must by law, if we believe your account is at risk, or if we end the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 2, 4, 8, 11-14 and 17-19) continue after your account ends.
17. Governing law and disputes
Law. These terms and any dispute about them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights from the law of the place where you live.
Talk to us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. Email contact@nosuchstudio.com with a description of the problem and what you'd like us to do. If we can't solve it within 30 days, either of us may start a formal claim.
Binding arbitration. If we can't settle a dispute informally, you and we agree to resolve it only by individual binding arbitration administered by JAMS (or another arbitration provider we both accept) under its rules for consumer disputes, instead of going to court, except that (a) either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and (b) either of us may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. The Federal Arbitration Act applies. The arbitrator can award the same relief as a court for the individual claim, but not more. Fees are set by the arbitration rules; we will pay the filing and arbitrator fees that those rules or the law require us to pay. Arbitration is held in Los Angeles County, California, or remotely by video or written submissions, at your choice.
No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court instead (and not to arbitration), in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
You can opt out. You can opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by emailing contact@nosuchstudio.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and your account's invite code or email. If you opt out, disputes go to the courts named above.
18. Apple App Store users
If you get the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app doesn't meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, who may refund the purchase price (if any), and Apple has no other warranty duty for the app. We, not Apple, are responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you aren't in, or on a list of, a country or party under a US embargo or sanctions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you. Apple's standard licensed application end user terms also apply to the extent they don't conflict with these terms.
19. General
- These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If part of these terms isn't enforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to.
- You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold.
- We may send you notices in the app, on this page or by email (if you gave us one). You can send us notices at the address below.
- Nothing here is a partnership, agency or employment relationship. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by things we can't control, such as outages of power, internet or cloud providers, or disasters.
- The English version of these terms is the one that counts if a translation differs.
